1. The “As-Is” Philosophy

• Most vintage and antique items in our Clubhouse are sold “As-Is“.

• We celebrate “Excellent Vintage Condition,” which includes the gentle patina and minor wear-and-tear consistent with a storied life.

• Because every heirloom is unique, we provide exhaustive Digital Birth Certificates and high-resolution “video flip-throughs” so you can inspect every detail before claiming your next treasure.

2. Returns & Clubhouse Credits

• To maintain the integrity of our curated collections, all sales are considered final.

• In rare instances where an item significantly differs from its AI-Verified description, we may offer Clubhouse Credit toward your next acquisition.

• Any request for credit must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery to ensure the item’s provenance remains intact.

3. Final-Mile Luxury Protection

• We provide Unwavering Trust by ensuring all high-value items are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.

• If your treasure arrives damaged despite our over-engineered packaging, please document the state of the “Verification Vessel” (the box) and the item immediately.

• We will work directly with our specialized logistics partners to resolve the claim and protect your investment.

4. Authenticity Disputes

• Our technology moves the industry from a “trust me” world to a “prove it” world.

• If you have concerns regarding the Blockchain-Verified provenance of an item, our Orchestrator AI and expert curators will perform a secondary audit of the Digital Birth Certificate.
