By accessing or using the Heirloom & Harvest platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not access our services. We move from a “trust me” world to a “prove it” world, and that begins with a mutual commitment to these standards.

 

 

2. The Digital Clubhouse (Community & Membership)

 

  • Eligibility: Our community is curated for discerning collectors, designers, and enthusiasts.

 

  • Conduct: As the “Hostess of the Digital Clubhouse,” Helena Cross expects all members to interact with dignity, expertise, and warmth.

 

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your private keys and login credentials.

 

3. Curated Authenticity & The “Harvest” (Buying & Selling)

  • Authenticity Guarantee: We utilize AI Multi-Agent systems and Private Blockchain verification to provide “Cryptographic Certainty” regarding the provenance of our items.

 

  • Digital Birth Certificates: Every authenticated item is issued a Digital Birth Certificate. 11111111This record is immutable and serves as the source of truth for the item’s history.

 

  • AI Valuations: Our proprietary AI system provides market analysis and valuations. 13131313These are estimates based on twelve-month market trends and are provided to maximize your harvest.

 

4. Transactions & Professional Vendors

  • Provenance Over Objects: We don’t just sell antiques; we preserve their story.

 

  • Vendor Obligations: Professional vendors must provide accurate data to our AI agents and adhere to our high standards of curated quality.

 

  • Profit Margins: Our platform is designed to eliminate low-margin estate sale outcomes, targeting 35-45% profit margins through verified quality.

     

5. Final-Mile Luxury (Shipping & Handling)

  • Packaging: We utilize “over-engineered” packaging, including double-boxing and sustainable cushioning, to protect the physical DNA of your heirloom.

 

  • White-Glove Delivery: High-value items over $5,000 or those purchased via VIP Subscription may include inside delivery and placement.

 

  • Insurance: All high-value items are covered against loss or damage to provide unwavering trust.

     

6. Returns & “As-Is” Policy

  • Nature of Antiques: Most vintage and antique items are sold “As-Is” due to their unique, one-of-a-kind status.

 

  • Condition Grading: We define “Excellent Vintage Condition” as having minor wear consistent with a storied life, but being structurally sound for its next great chapter.

 

7. Technology & Intellectual Property

 

  • Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI): You or your guardians control who sees your digital records via private keys.

 

  • Immutable Records: Once a record is etched into our private blockchain, it cannot be altered or deleted.

 

  • Persona Protection: The persona of Helena Cross, our logos, and our proprietary AI/Blockchain frameworks are the intellectual property of Heirloom & Harvest LLC.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

While we provide high-tech verification, Heirloom & Harvest LLC is not liable for “unpredictable” AI behavior beyond our established guardrails or the inherent risks associated with the age of antique materials.
